Table Games Debut This Month, Liberty on the Water Celebration and More

Pittsburgh—July 1, 2010—Rivers Casino has plenty of reasons to celebrate throughout the month of July. Table games will make their debut at the casino on July 8, 2010 (pending final approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board). On top of that, Rivers Casino has gaming promotions, giveaways galore and exciting entertainment options to keep you celebrating all month long!

Weekly Promotions
Mondays - To gear up for table games, Rivers Casino is offering Mega Black Jack Mondays for Rivers Edge Players Club members. Every Monday, drawings at 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. will give five lucky winners the chance to win their share of $2,100 in free slot play.

Tuesdays - Rivers Edge Players Club members have the chance to win free slot play for a year on Tuesdays this month. One winner will be chosen every Tuesday at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m., and 10 p.m. and will receive $100 in free slot play every week for one year!

Wednesdays - Members who play with their Rivers Edge Players Club card are guaranteed 7x points when you play on Wednesdays in July.

Thursdays - Is free slot play in your fortune? Invited guests can find out from 8 a.m.-12 midnight. Guests can collect all four decks in the Rivers Casino Playing Card Series and have a chance to win up to $5,000 in free slot play.

Fridays & Saturdays - Cash is King on Fridays and Saturdays this month. Drawings held at 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. give Rivers Edge Players Club members the chance to win free slot play. One lucky winner is guaranteed $25,000 CASH at the 11 p.m. drawing.

Sundays - Rivers will be toasting to table games on Sundays from 8 a.m.-12 midnight with commemorative glasses. Invited guest can play each Sunday in July and collect all four sets.

Special Promotions

Red, White, Blue and Green Giveaway - Kick off America's birthday month with a special free slot play giveaway at Rivers Casino. Every hour from 12 p.m.-8 p.m., three winners will receive $500 in free slot play. Players have the chance to win "green" at special cash drawings for $5,000 at 10 p.m. and $20,000 at 11 p.m.

Man vs. Chicken - Ginger the chicken continues to challenge new Rivers Edge Players Club members. Guests who sign up as new members have the chance to out-pick a live chicken in a game of tic-tac-toe. The challenge starts with $20 in free slot play and picking an "egg" for an opportunity to play tic-tac-toe against a champion chicken. Players can win up to $5,000 cash if they can beat Ginger. Everyone who faces the Ginger in a match receives an "I Challenged the Bird" t-shirt (while supplies last).

Also in Wheelhouse Bar & Grill this month is a broadcast of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 116 pay-per-view event on Saturday, July 3 at 10 p.m. Guests can enjoy the UFC fight between Lesner and Carwin from Wheelhouse Bar & Grill with no cover charge, while enjoying food and drink specials.
