TABLE GAMES RECONFIGURATION BEGINS AT RIVERS CASINO

Slot Play Continues Uninterrupted; Some Floor Layouts Will Be Modified

PITTSBURGHApril 19, 2010Gamers at Rivers Casino will soon notice an addition to the gaming floor: Drywall. The casino has begun to construct divider walls for the anticipated launch of table games this summer. The temporary walls are the first visible signs of change to make way for table games at the casino, with more renovations to come.

Pending approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, table games are anticipated to launch at Rivers Casino this summer.

The construction project is being led by Pittsburgh contractors Wyatt Incorporated and Lighthouse Electric. Both companies were part of the original build out of Rivers Casino.

The current gaming floor is being redesigned to accommodate the integration of the table games, including the construction of a dedicated poker room and four separate table areas or "pits." Rivers Casino recently filed a petition to operate 86 table games, including poker, blackjack, craps, roulette, three-card poker, mini-baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Texas Hold 'em Bonus and Big Six. The petition is currently under review.

"We're excited to take these first steps in preparing our gaming floor for tables," said Todd Moyer, general manager of Rivers Casino. "Guests will have uninterrupted slot play, and still be able to enjoy our restaurants, lounges and entertainment while we reconfigure our floor plan."

In preparation for table games, Rivers Casino began dealer school last week and introduced approximately 400 potential dealers to the gaming industry. Upon approval of the casino's table games petition, Rivers Casino intends to hire hundreds of new team members to service table games.
