Neil Bluhm, Chairman

Neil Bluhm serves as the chairman of Rivers Casino. Bluhm is the owner of Holdings Acquisitions Co., and the co-founder and Chairman of the Falls Management Company, serving as manager and developer of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and manager of Casino Niagara. Bluhm is co-founder and President of JMB Realty, one of the largest real estate firms in the U.S., with $25 billion of developments and acquisitions since 1970. As co-founder and Principal of Walton Street Capital, Bluhm brings more than 36 years of experience in real estate to Rivers Casino.

 
Greg Carlin, CEO

Greg Carlin serves as the CEO of Rivers Casino. He also is the CEO of HSP Gaming and has more than 11 years of experience in the gaming industry, including numerous casino development projects. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Falls Management Company, which operates Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara. Carlin also is a managing director of LAMB Partners, a multi-asset investment partnership, where he oversees all non-real estate investments, including gaming-related investments. He also serves as a Trustee of the JMB Realty Employee Savings Plan. Prior to LAMB Partners, he was an investment banker at both Bankers Trust Company and Lazard Freres. Carlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.

 
Craig Clark, General Manager

Craig Clark serves as the General Manager for Rivers Casino. A twenty-year veteran of the gaming and finance industries, Clark most recently served as general manager at Pechanga Resort and Casino in Southern California. He is a former Ernst & Young C.P.A. whose early expertise with financial statements lead to an internal auditing position for Oneida Indian Nation Gaming Commission. He was later named director of finance, then senior vice president and genreal manager of Turning Stone Resort and Casino in New York.

Andre’ Barnabei, Vice President of Human Resources

Andre_BarnabeiAndre' Barnabei serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Rivers Casino. Barnabei has more than 13 years of Human Resources and operations experience in the gaming industry. Prior to joining the Rivers Casino team, he served as the Human Resources Manager at Harrah's Chester in Chester, Pa.  Barnabei started his career in human resources (the casino industry) at the Mountaineer Casino in Chester, W.Va. Barnabei earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and human resource management from Washington & Jefferson College, in Washington, Pa.

 
Rhonda Gilchrist, Vice President of Compliance

Rhonda_GilchristRhonda Gilchrist serves as the Vice President of Compliance for Rivers Casino. She has more than 20 years of experience in internal controls and regulatory compliance, and 12 years experience in the gaming industry.  Prior to joining the Rivers Casino team, Gilchrist was the Director of Compliance for MTR Gaming Group, Inc. where she successfully coordinated compliance efforts for Pennsylvania's Presque Isle Downs, Inc.  She started her casino career with MTR Gaming Group, Inc. as the Director of Internal Audit and has previously worked in public accounting and banking. Gilchrist earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Robert Morris University, in Coraopolis, Pa.

 
Andrea Kleinrock, Vice President of Food & Beverage

Andrea_KienrockAndrea Kleinrock serves as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at the Rivers Casino. Kleinrock began her career in the food industry 18 years ago. Prior to joining Rivers Casino, Kleinrock served as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, where she worked for several years. Before working in the casino industry, Kleinrock worked for Wolfgang Puck at Spago in Las Vegas. Kleinrock earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel restaurant management from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.

 
Richard Marmion, Executive Chef

Rich_MarmionRichard Marmion serves as the Executive Chef for the Rivers Casino.  Marmion began cooking at the age of 16. Prior to joining Rivers Casino, Marmion acted as Assistant Executive Chef at the Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino, where he started his career in 1994 as a line cook in the Apprentice Sous Chef Program. Marmion earned a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 2001.
